Attack Poker follows consumer protection laws for complete customer satisfaction. Order's are first governed by policies in the State where you have made your purchase, and secondly by Attack Poker's store and customer service policies.
AttackPoker.com's Store customer service department is open Monday through Friday (9am-5pm PST) and you can reach our representatives online via email or using our Order Support Form. Please be aware Customer Service is always closed on the weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and the department will typically be closed on most Holidays. If you place an order over the weekend and need to cancel, you must contact customer service immediately the very next business day we are open, first-thing in the morning so your order is canceled promptly and you do not let any time go by since your order will be shipping from our warehouse(s) on schedule.

Shipping & Delivery
AttackPoker.com Store ships world-wide from our warehouse(s) in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. For order fulfillment, the shipping company used is the local US Postal Service (USPS). You can expect orders to package and ship within 1-2 business day and if possible orders can ship the same day if received in the morning. Add an item to your basket (shopping cart) and you will be able to view the estimated costs of your order. Before you complete your order, in the checkout process you can use our cost calculator for shipping and select the shipping method you would prefer for your order.
Please understand, once you submit your payment method for processing to complete your order:
The payment method used for your order will get billed automatically the second you complete your order and receive confirmation.
If you do not contact customer service within (1) hour, your order's shipment may not necessarily be canceled. Though our customer service will try to resolve your issues and cancel your order and help with an exchange or refund. In the event that customer service is unable to cancel the shipment, if you need to return the item and receive a refund then you will have to return the merchandise immediately once it has been delivered. This is an easy process, just make sure you have contacted customer service and confirmed with a representative who can make a note on your account whether your returning an item for a refund or an exchange. Please be aware there are approximately 14 days for you to contact customer service and coordinate a return, exchange or refund. Please be aware any returned items must be returned to us as is, brand new merchandise (un-damaged). Make sure you return the package(s) brand new.
Remember, if you do not speak with a customer service representative within 1 hour of the time you submit your order, your orders shipment may not be able to be canceled. Also at this point you have been automatically billed the second you submitted your payment method for processing through any of our secure gateways, like PayPal for example. Its always good to immediately contact customer service to coordinate anything wrong with an order. The faster you contact us for order support, the better we can provide assistance and resolve issues satisfactorily.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we apologize for the convenience. Please report it to us immediately when you open your package, and make note of how the item was delivered to you. Where applicable, some shipments can be subject to local taxes and possibly import charges (international).
Privacy & Security
This website takes many precautions to better protect our user(s) precious information. We may utilize the highest level of 256-bit encryption on our site (SSL) during the entire checkout process for security and user satisfaction. When users opt-in to submit sensitive information via the website, this information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/login/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information can be encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page (https) such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just surfing. While we may rely on PayPal or utilize SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.
AttackPoker.com offers a full refund for any purchases that does not provide complete customer satisfaction within 14 days of the order's delivery. If there are any printing errors or defects/damage with the item you received, you can immediately coordinate with customer service to return that item in exchange for a brand new un-damaged item. The user making the original purchase must contact customer service and receive a Return Authorization approval and Return Code before returning merchandise.
All returns must occur within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware of how you handle the brand new item(s) you receive, so you do not damage or alter anything if you intend to send it back. The customer service department that handles returns will examine the returned item(s) and if the item(s) have not been damaged or altered by the person, the department will allow an exchange for another item of the same value, or a refund of the purchase price. If the item is returned and the department has determined the item has been damaged or has lost its value due to the item not being able to be re-sold, there will either be a partial refund available or none at all due to certain circumstances. Open and/or used items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price though this amount is not guaranteed. Merchandise returned needs to be in new and working condition with all packaging, documentation and other original equipment accessories. Purchaser may be assessed a fee which can be up to the full purchase amount for missing items and all Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns/Exchanges/RefundsRefund and exchange requests are available if the original item is still in new condition (un-damaged) and has been sent back within 14 days of delivery.
You should examine your ordered item(s) immediately when delivered so you can quickly determine if there are any issues with your order. If there are any issues with an order, please contact us immediately. You can return an item within 14 days after receipt of delivery, even when there is nothing wrong with the product.
If the item you received is apparel, you should immediately try it on and decide if it fits you. If the item is simply not right for you, make sure you send the item back within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. If your item is sent back and in original condition, you can either:
a) exchange it for another item and pay the extra shipping costs
b) receive a refund minus shipping costs.
If your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will take back the item and refund your money or send you a new product.
All AttackPoker.com Store products come with a very limited warranty against defect. We will happily replace any items received that are defective, deformed or damaged, and at no cost. This does not include physical damage(s) caused by the purchaser. The purchaser has the responsibility for returning/shipping any item(s) to us.
Depending on the payment methods offered, the AttackPoker.com Store may accept credit cards directly on our secure website including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Various payment methods may be available for customers who may need to pay using special gift cards and bank accounts.
When you submit your payment information for processing using any of our payment methods, the account you use will be billed immediately the second you complete your order.
If you created an account for the store or the game, you can return to our website and log in at any time to view the current status of your order(s) and your entire order history. When an order ships, the order will update as shipped and that update will include a tracking number for delivery confirmation.
When creating an account for the game or to shop on the AttackPoker.com website, your allowed to view your previous orders, check your current order status, place future orders more quickly and you may also be eligible for special promotions aimed at our members and customers. It is completely free to create an account to use for the game or for the store. However, an already established account may not necessarily be required to place an order. For example, if you do not wish to register on our site and still wish to place an order, you can may be provided with an option to checkout as a guest. Though when checking out as a guest, there will not be a nice and neat order management section, you'll only be receiving order confirmation and shipping information via the email you provided with the order. When you have an account established on our site you can always change/update your information when logged in.
